Sunday Mba untold story.

Sunday Mba is a son of glory born on November 28, 1988 in a village in Abia call Alayi. He started playing soccer like every other boys on the street and later moved into serious football business when he joined the famous Pepsi Football Academy in 2004.Shortly, he moved to Enyimba as a central defender. He also played for arrays of clubs like: Enugu Rangers, Dolphins and currently plays for Warri Wolves.
His star did not take long to be noticed as he was invited to play for Nigeria B team that won 2010 WAFU Nations Cup and later made his senior debut in the Super Eagles squad in a match against Angola in January 2012. He scored a brace against Liberia in his next game and since then he keeps shinning bright like a diamond.
Sunday is a hard working midfielder who proved himself to be included on the 23 squad for the just concluded 29th edition of CAF AFCON 2013 where he lived up to expectation as he helped to win crucial games for his team. You can recall he scored the winning goal against Ivory Coast and sealed victory for Nigeria on the final match of Nations Cup 2013 in Soweto on a Sunday. Sunday wears Jersey number 19 for Super Eagles and helped win the tournament for Nigeria after 19 years of drought by securing a goal at the 39'' of the game. You would agree with me that the 24 year-old boy is just too good to be sidelined.
Sunday Mba still plays for Warri Wolves but I see doors of contracts awaiting him in Europe. Recently, Tottenham Hotspurs, an English Premier League football club is definitely interested in this youngster for a transfer. While still in Warri Wolves, Sunday continues to work hard and hoping for the best to come some day.
