Inverclyde athletes win national medals at Glasgow 10K

Inverclyde Athletic Club's senior women’s team made an impressive start to the Babcock 10K Series by securing third place and a Scottish National bronze medal at the opening race in Glasgow.

The Babcock Shettleston 10K, staged on Glasgow Green, doubled as the Scottish National 10K Championships, adding further prestige to the occasion.

The event marked the first of three races in the May series, with Inverclyde making an immediate impact on the national stage.
